No, insurance and tracking is not added to the cost? For insurance on 1 doll it is $4.00 and Tracking Priority Mail is additional 1.50. An invoice will be sent.

Yes, once doll is finalized and ready for shipment you can choose how you want the doll to be shipped. Once you have decided an invoice will be sent.

The bank charges $35.00 for bounce checks.
